We want you to be obsessed with your Jaded London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid rejection.
Ship It Back
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
